CONDITIONS OF ENTRY | |
Closing Date: | 25 February 2024 |
Gun Check: | Commencing from 2pm Friday 15 March 2024. Grading cards and licenses will be checked. |
Ties: | All ties will be decided by countback. |
Clothing: | Enclosed footwear on all ranges. No tank tops or shirts with loose fitting necks. |
Smoking: | Smoking/vaping is not permitted on any range or within any building. |
Phones: | Mobile phones must be turned off or be in flight mode before entering any range. |
Trophies: | Presentation will take place at the completion of shooting on Sunday. |
Catering: | Breakfast, lunch and refresments will be available each day. |
Camping: | Limited number of camping sites are available. First in first served. |
Covid-19: | Current NSW Government and Cessnock Pistol club policies will apply. |

HOW TO ENTER ONLINE
- Select your grade in the match you wish to enter, and add to shopping cart.
- Select "Continue Shopping" to add another match.
- Repeat for all matches you wish to enter and your preferred range duty.
- When you have added all matches and your selected range duty click on "Proceed with the Order".
- Follow instructions to complete your entry.
- Make sure you select "Vintage Entry" in the Shipping Options
- Note that if paying by Paypal you will need to click on the "Buy Now" button on the receipt screen to make your payment.
