CONDITIONS OF ENTRY | |

Eligibility: | Competitors must be affiliated with NSWAPA or an interstate body affiliated with Pistol Australia. |
Dinner: | To commemorate the 10th anniversary of Lindsay Haywood's passing, our club will be holding a dinner on Saturday night at the range, commencing 6pm. It will be a two-course spit roast at a cost of $50 per person. Tickets must be purchased by the closing date. |
25m Matches: | For range capacity reasons, only one match of 25m Pistol or Centre Fire may be entered per competitor (juniors exempt). |
Gun Check: | Commencing from 2pm Friday 7 August 2026. Current NSWAPA/PA affiliation must be proven and a valid firearms licence presented at gun check. |
Ties: | All ties will be decided by countback. |
Clothing: | Enclosed footwear on all ranges. No tank tops or shirts with loose fitting necks. |
Smoking: | Smoking is not permitted on any range or within any building. |
Phones: | Mobile phones must be turned off before entering any range. |
Trophies: | Presentation will take place at the completion of shooting on Sunday. |
Catering: | Breakfast, lunch and refresments will be available each day. |
Camping: | Limited number of camping sites are available. First in first served. |

HOW TO ENTER ONLINE
- Select your grade in the match you wish to enter, and add to shopping cart.
- Select "Continue Shopping" to add another match.
- Repeat for all matches you wish to enter and your preferred range duty.
- When you have added all matches and your selected range duty click on "Proceed with the Order".
- Follow instructions to complete your entry.
